Pulsiones* Danza is a space of collective construction through the language of the Movement.
It is constant movement, movement of the body, of structures, of thoughts, of concepts, of people, of scenes.
The practice begins from the uniqueness of every person and seeks to respect and nurture their differences; it is born from the desire to dance, retrieving the possibilities and enhancing the movement of each person. Pulsiones is proposed as a space for rethinking the body image towards the deconstruction of the homogeneous body and the renewal of the scenic arts.
The project created in Bahía Blanca in 2003 works within the scope of the Universidad Nacional del Sur (Southern National University) and is linked with the community through various modalities such as the weekly meetings for the stable group, open classes, stage shows and participation in conferences, among others.
These photos were taken throughout various rehearsals in 2019 and the year-end show.
